Monetizing my newsletter 💰 for 10 months: My insights

Hope you had a fantastic (and maybe a little spooky) Halloween! 👻

Yesterday, before hunting for candy, I dove into my newsletter stats and checked some numbers to see how much I've earned from different monetization options on beehiiv, like:

• Sponsored ads

• Boosts

October 2024 marked 10 months since I switched from Kit (previously ConvertKit) to beehiiv, and I have to say—it’s paid off!

I’ve earned a total of $924.12 from beehiiv over 10 months, which breaks down to around $92.41 a month. 

And that’s just from ads—this doesn’t even include any product or service sales I’ve made through my newsletter.

I feel pretty confident that I’ll hit the $1,000 mark before the end of 2024, so keep an eye out for my updates!

This is effortless cash I wouldn’t have made if I’d used any other email software. All I had to do was accept ad offers and insert those ads into my weekly newsletter. 

Low effort, big return.
